TASK is a knife for all everyday cutting jobs. Its double-edged, flat-ground blade is partially symmetrical. A depression in the blade next to the guard, dividing blade-tip from handle, accommodates the index finger for a closer-to-the-edge grip, providing enhanced control. This combines with the finger waves on the spine to improve grip and prevent fingers from slipping onto the sharp edge. This allows a user to apply greater strength and pressure.
